The Process for Our Metal Works
Learn about the process and what goes into our metal works.
Steps 1-3
The beads are welded together.
A sheet is used to make the sings via the eching process. Then the wings are welded to the beads.
The raw piece is placed in a pre - plating wash.
Steps 4-6
The copper plating is completed.
The piece is rewashed with water.
A flame is appled to create a custom finish.
Steps 7-9
The piece is powder coated.
Then placed in an oven to bake for 30 minutes.
The final piece is assembled and packaged.
